Community & Partnerships Manager

Working arrangement: Remote-first, with in-person attendance at local events and meetings.
Annual base salary: US$75,000–US$95,000.
The opportunity
Build the relationships that make a founder community useful. You will connect founders, programme partners and contributors, turning good conversations into well-run activities and continuing engagement.
AI Founders Connect brings AI founders, investors and operators together through events and thoughtful conversations. Help build a welcoming community that stays useful between gatherings.
What you will do
- Develop relationships with founders, operators, speakers and community partners.
- Plan community communications, participation opportunities and follow-up around events.
- Coordinate partnership proposals and agreed programme deliverables with the founder and event team.
- Maintain accurate relationship records and use participant feedback to improve the experience.
What you will bring
- Experience building a professional community, partnerships programme or comparable relationship-led service.
- Clear, confident writing and thoughtful interpersonal judgement.
- Strong organisation and follow-through across several collaborators.
- Interest in AI, entrepreneurship and the realities of building an early-stage company.
Pay and working arrangements
These are paid, full-time opportunities with AI Founders Connect Inc., focused on New York. Work is remote-first, with attendance at relevant local events and meetings; the correspondence address is not a walk-in office. All ranges are annual base salaries in USD. An offer within the stated range will reflect relevant experience, skills and the role’s responsibilities. Any additional compensation or benefits will be confirmed separately in the offer.
