A founder network connected to legal and investment experience.
AIFC grew from the founder’s work across law, technology and entrepreneurship. Westminster & Partners’ legal and investment businesses bring distinct professional perspectives to the network. Their roles remain separate from AIFC's founder education and events. AIFC is a separate, volunteer-led New York not-for-profit organisation. Network participation is free and does not require becoming a Westminster client.

Westminster & Partners · Legal

Explore specialist legal support through the Westminster & Partners legal-services business. Any professional engagement is agreed separately with the relevant provider.
Westminster & Partners · Investment

Learn about Westminster & Partners’ investment approach and areas of interest. Community participation is separate from any investment evaluation or decision. There are separate routes for different needs. Peer feedback belongs in the free AIFC community. Independent legal advice requires a separate engagement with the appropriate professional provider. Investment evaluation follows the investment business’s own process. These routes do not imply endorsement, pitch selection or a funding outcome.
Different roles, clear boundaries
AIFC connects founders and investors through pitches, education and events. You can explore the Westminster businesses separately where relevant. Joining, buying an event ticket or expressing interest in Founder Support does not create a legal retainer, investment relationship or entitlement to funding.
Turn a business question into a measurable next step. Founder Support combines monthly office hours, one document review and focused follow-up. Pay $200/month for your first 3 monthly billing periods, then $500/month. Prices are in USD, including applicable tax. Any legal engagement remains separate.
