Content & Community Marketing Specialist

Working arrangement: Remote-first, with in-person attendance at local events and meetings.

Annual base salary: US$65,000–US$85,000.

The opportunity

Tell the stories that invite people into the community. You will create clear, distinctive content around our events, people and ideas while keeping every claim and relationship accurately represented.
AI Founders Connect brings AI founders, investors and operators together through events and thoughtful conversations. Help build a welcoming community that stays useful between gatherings.

What you will do

  • Create event announcements, community stories, website copy and social content.
  • Manage an editorial calendar with the community and events team.
  • Turn approved event material into useful recaps, interviews and short-form content.
  • Track engagement, maintain consent and source records, and refine content using evidence and feedback.

What you will bring

  • A portfolio of clear, engaging writing or content for a professional audience.
  • Experience managing digital content or community marketing across several channels.
  • Sound editorial judgement, including factual accuracy, permissions and appropriate use of images.
  • Curiosity about AI and founders, with the ability to explain ideas without hype.

Pay and working arrangements

These are paid, full-time opportunities with AI Founders Connect Inc., focused on New York. Work is remote-first, with attendance at relevant local events and meetings; the correspondence address is not a walk-in office. All ranges are annual base salaries in USD. An offer within the stated range will reflect relevant experience, skills and the role’s responsibilities. Any additional compensation or benefits will be confirmed separately in the offer.
