Events & Programme Coordinator

Working arrangement: Remote-first, with in-person attendance at local events and meetings.

Annual base salary: US$60,000–US$75,000.

The opportunity

Make each gathering feel considered, welcoming and well organised. You will coordinate the practical details that allow founders, speakers and guests to focus on the conversations that matter.
AI Founders Connect brings AI founders, investors and operators together through events and thoughtful conversations. Help build a welcoming community that stays useful between gatherings.

What you will do

  • Coordinate event schedules, venue logistics, speaker briefs and participant communications.
  • Maintain registration information, run-of-show documents and supplier checklists.
  • Support pitch programmes and on-site delivery, including accessibility and guest arrangements.
  • Organise post-event feedback, approved media and operational follow-up.

What you will bring

  • Experience coordinating events, programmes or complex projects with external participants.
  • Reliable planning, attention to detail and calm judgement when plans change.
  • Confident written communication and a welcoming approach to guests and speakers.
  • Availability for scheduled New York events, including occasional evenings agreed in advance.

Pay and working arrangements

These are paid, full-time opportunities with AI Founders Connect Inc., focused on New York. Work is remote-first, with attendance at relevant local events and meetings; the correspondence address is not a walk-in office. All ranges are annual base salaries in USD. An offer within the stated range will reflect relevant experience, skills and the role’s responsibilities. Any additional compensation or benefits will be confirmed separately in the offer.
